This suit was brought by the appellee, Perry, against A. W. Wilson and the appellant, Blackwell-Wielandy Book & Stationery Company, alleged to be a corporation having its principal office and place of business in St. Louis, Mo., on the 17th day of April, 1913, to restrain said company and the said A. W. Wilson, as sheriff of Ellis county, from levying an execution on property of the appellee.
