Plaintiff Rebecca Flores brings this suit against Defendant Board of Trustees of Community College District No. 508 (“City Colleges”), alleging violations of the lili-*946nois Human Rights Act (“IHRA”) and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.
