THOMSON, District Judge.
The relator, John Hammon, Sr., asks for a writ of habeas corpus, alleging his illegal confinement in the Allegheny Comity Home and Hospital for the Insane, in violation of his rights under the Constitution of the United States. Whether the court should grant or refuse the writ, under section 755 of the Revised Statutes (Comp. St. 1913, § 1283), depends in this as in every other case upon the facts as set forth in the petition.
