Plaintiff’s action was first brought against W. M. Findley and Mrs. W. M. Findley, but was afterwards dismissed as to Mrs. Findley. Petition alleges plaintiff was executive secretary of the Chamber of Commerce of the city of Pauls Valley, Garvin county, Okla., and was well known in said city, county, and state.
