Anthony DeWalt, an Illinois prisoner proceeding • pro se, seeks compensatory and punitive damages under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against five individuals employed at the Dixon Correctional Center (“Dixon”) for alleged violations of his First, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendment rights.
