All Steel, Inc. has filed a petition for review of the Order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) disallowing further appeal of the referee’s decision, which reversed the decision of the Bureau of Employment Security (now known as the Office of Employment Security) and granted partial *554unemployment compensation benefits to Joseph J. Marshall, Sr. (Claimant).
