The present petition for review involves the consolidation of three separate appeals by the claimant, Prances B. Schaeffer, from decisions of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Beview (Board) denying her compensation under Section 401(b) of the *636Unemployment Compensation Law (Law), Act of December 5, 1936, P.L. (1937) 2897, as amended, 43 P.S. §801 (b), and ordering recoupment of fault overpayments pursuant to Section 804(e) of the Law, 43 P.S. §874(a), for the years 1978, 1979 and 1980.
