OPINION

SPRINGMANN, District Judge.

On October 5, 2006, this Court entered its Opinion and Order dismissing three counts filed by the Plaintiff, Trustee David Boyer, against the Defendants Katherine Gildea, Michael Motter, Matt Mercer, Anita Gildea, Arlington Capital LLC, GT Acquisition LLC, GT Enterprises LLC, and Gildea & Gorman LLC. On October 16, 2006, the Trustee filed motion to reconsider. Having carefully examined the parties’ briefings and upon reconsideration of the evidence before it, the Court sees no good reason to alter its decision to dismiss the Trustee’s Counts III and IV.…
