OPINION REGARDING DETERMINATION AND DISCHARGE-ABILITY OF DEBT

I JURISDICTION

The court has jurisdiction over this bankruptcy case. 28 U.S.C. § 1334. The bankruptcy case and all related proceedings have been referred to this court for decision. 28 U.S.C. § 157(a) and L.R. 83.2(a) (W.D.Mich.). This adversary proceeding is a core proceeding because it involves a determination as to the dis-chargeability of a debt. 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(I). This opinion constitutes the court’s findings of fact and conclusions of law. Fed R. Bankr. P. 7052.
