This matter comes before the Court on the motion of Gary Tashlitsky a/k/a Igor Tashlitsky (the “Debtor”), seeking to dismiss, in part, the complaint (the “Complaint”) filed against him by Yankowitz Law Firm, P.C. (“Plaintiff’ or ‘Yankow-itz”), objecting to the dischargeability of a debt under § 523 of Title 11, U.S.C.
