CHRISTENSEN, District Judge.
The plaintiff instituted this action against the defendants, Salt Lake City and B. Young, an infant, to recover judgment for damages alleged to have been sustained by her because of the negligence of B. Young while on duty as an employee of Salt Lake City as a truck driver. The case was tried to the district court and a jury, and a verdict was rendered in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant Salt Lake City, upon which verdict judgment was duly entered.
