Lead Plaintiffs Sidney Gordon and Jeffrey Tauber (“Plaintiffs”) bring this action individually and on behalf of other investors in Sigma Designs, Inc. (“Sigma”), against defendants Sonar Capital Management, LLC (“Sonar”), Sonar’s chief executive officer and portfolio manager Neil Druker, and three hedge funds managed by Sonar (the “Sonar Hedge Funds”): Sonar Partners LP, Sonar Institutional Fund LP, and Sonar Overseas Fund LP (collectively, the “Sonar Defendants”).
