This foreclosure action was commenced on November 18,1919. The complaint alleges that on February 26,1913, the defendants Francis J. Olmstead and his wife executed their bond to plaintiffs conditioned for the payment of $2,000 on February 26,1918, with interest at the rate of five per cent per annum, payable annually, and that to secure such payment they executed a mortgage to the plaintiffs covering premises in the village of Penn Tan.
