In this action brought to recover a deficiency arising on a bond after a foreclosure of a mortgage given to secure same and covering property in New Jersey, the plaintiff, Hannah Yager, moves for summary judgment against the defendant Benjamin Margolis; and said defendant cross-moves for summary judgment and for judgment on the pleadings dismissing the complaint on the merits, or, in the alternative, for leave to serve a second amended answer and for a discovery and inspection.
