This is an appeal by W. T. Campbell, who was defendant in} the trial court, from a judgment against him in the district court of Tulsa county, in favor of Homa Wood. It was alleged in part in the petition of Homa Wood, that he and the defendant, 'Campbell, entered into a written contract, a copy of which was attached to and made a part of the petition. The material parts of the contract, dated February 16, 1923, recited that Homa Wood was the owner of the oil and gas leases covering certain described tracts of land, 225.93 acres in Creek county; that he, Wood, agreed to furnish…
