PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND
Plaintiff The Gleason Works (“Gleason”) brought this patent infringement action against defendants Klingelnberg-Oerlikon Geartec Vertriebs-GmbH (“Klingeln-berg”) 1 , Oerlikon Geartec, AG (“Cerlikon”) and Liebberr-America, Inc. (“Liebherr”).
