I. INTRODUCTION

In this intellectual property action, Plaintiff Keystone Manufacturing Co., Inc. alleges that Defendants Jaccard Corp. (“Jaccard”) and Eric J. Wangler have engaged in false marking and unfair competition with respect to their sale of the JAC-CARD® hand-held meat tenderizer.
