| ,This is appellant Betty Tiner’s second appeal to this court in her efforts to enforce a property settlement agreement that was incorporated into a divorce decree, in which appellee William Joe (“Bill”) Tiner agreed to pay Betty a lump sum of $400,000 in exchange for Betty’s one-half interest in real property and assets belonging to the couple’s business, Benton Transmission.
