This appeal is brought by appellants South Beach Beverage Company, Inc., and South Beach Beverage Company, LLC (South Beach), from a judgment in favor of appellee Harris Brands, Inc., in the amount of $993,430. South Beach further appeals an award of attorney’s fees in the amount of $250,000. South Beach raises several points on appeal.
