This is an appeal from an order of the district court denying a petition for a writ of habeas corpus.

Relator was arraigned in the District Court of Hennepin County on an information charging him with grand larceny in the second degree. He entered a plea of not guilty at the time of the arraignment. Thereafter he appeared before the court and indicated that he wished to withdraw his plea of not guilty and enter a plea of guilty.
