Petitioner appeals from an order denying his petition for a writ of habeas corpus. Respondent moves to quash the petition and dismiss the appeal.
Petitioner was charged by information of the county attorney of Olmsted county with having committed therein the felony of robbery in the first degree on or about September 12, 1936. In addition, contrary to M. S.
