Judgment Supreme Court, New *263York County (Edward McLaughlin, J., at trial; Herman Cahn, J., at hearing), rendered October 21, 1987, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of grand larceny in the fourth degree (Penal Law § 155.30), for which he was sentenced as a predicate felony offender to a term of incarceration of 1½ to 3 years, unanimously affirmed.
