Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County, rendered July 14, 1976, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, affirmed. Defendant was indicted for two counts each of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
