MEMORANDUM OPINION

On September 20, 2007, the Court issued a Memorandum Opinion and accompanying Order granting the motion for summary judgment brought by Defendant, American Federation of Government Employees (“AFGE”), Local 476 (hereinafter “Defendant” or “the Local”), and dismissing this case in its entirety. See Dean v. AFGE, Local 476, 509 F.Supp.2d 39 (D.D.C.2007) (“Mem.Op.”).
