This is a damage suit instituted by Helen Caldwell, a minor, through her next friend, against Northern Texas Traction Company and St. Louis and San Francisco and Texas Railway Company, to recover for personal injuries received by her in a collision between a car of the traction company and a train of the railway company at a public crossing in North Fort Worth.
