* Writ of error granted June 4, 1927. W. R. Woodall sued the Northern Texas Traction Company and M. J. Bonner, jointly and severally, in damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained in a collision between an automobile driven by Bonner and a street car owned by appellant at the intersection of Page and Hemphill streets in the city of Fort Worth, on June 27, 1923.
