This is a suit by appellant against appellees to quiet title to certain real estate. The complaint is in two paragraphs. The first is in the usual short form. The second contains the same general allegations as the first and in addition thereto sets out in detail the facts relied upon to show title, which faets involve two judicial sales of the real estate in controversy, one of which, to appellees, is alleged to be void.
