This is an appeal by defendants from a judgment entered in the district court of Lewis and Clark County.

The case involves a boundary line dispute arising some years after a sale of land by George Montgomery Letz and his wife, Dinah Shore Letz, to one George Gehring and others (referred to collectively as “Gehring” herein).
