OPINION

SHRIYER, Presiding Judge.

This is a suit to recover personal property ad valorem tax for the year 1977, which tax was paid under protest.

Both parties filed motions for summary judgment asserting that there was no material issue of fact to be decided, with the result that the Chancellor granted plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment and granted the relief sought by plaintiff, to-wit, a judgment against the defendant in the amount of $915.76, together with interest thereon at the rate of six percent per annum from February 28th, 1978, said sum to be paid plaintiff in accordance with the…
