This suit was instituted by eleven members of Tennessee Burley Tobacco Growers Association, a cooperative association, incorporated under the laws of Tennessee against the Association and H. S. Duncan, its Secretary and General Manager, to stay alleged waste and to recover in behalf of complainants and “many hundred and thousands” of such growers for alleged waste already committed.
