HUTCHESON, Circuit Judge.

Appellant was convicted on a charge of criminal contempt of an injunction1 issued in a suit,2 and on findings3 dealing not with the property at 1022 Dalzell Street, involved in this suit, but only with one specific piece of property located at 649 Dalzell Street.
