BLACKBURN, Presiding Judge.

Angelo Greene was indicted on four counts of aggravated sodomy 1 , two counts of rape, 2 two counts of aggravated assault, 3 and a single count each of false imprisonment, 4 kidnapping with bodily injury, 5 and criminal attempt to commit aggravated sexual battery. 6 A jury found him guilty of two counts of aggravated sodomy, one count of rape, false imprisonment, and kidnapping with bodily injury.
