The plaintiffs seek specific performance of an option to purchase certain premises occupied by them in Darien, and judgment was rendered in their favor. The defendants appeal on the principal ground that the subordinate facts do not support the conclusions reached. They also assign as error certain rulings on evidence. The facts found are not disputed, and those which the defendants seek to add are included in the following statement.
