*310Appellant Tyree Leland Jackson was convicted of first-degree premeditated murder under an aiding-and-abetting theory of liability. The district court imposed a sentence of life without the possibility of release. On direct appeal, we affirmed Jackson's conviction. In 2018, Jackson filed a postconviction petition, alleging claims of ineffective assistance of counsel.
