Appeals from two judgments of the Supreme Court, New York County, Central Narcotics Part, in a Queens County case, both rendered October 1, 1973, convicting defendants of criminal possession of a dangerous drug in the fourth degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentences. Judgments reversed, on the law and as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, and new trial ordered.
