BEACH, J.

This case involves a trust created by Robert Beckenstein and the sale of commercial real estate for an amount of approximately $100 million. In contemplation of his death, Robert Beckenstein executed a trust, which created a business advisory committee (committee) to facilitate the sale of his business interests following his death or permanent disability.
