GRUENDEL, J.
In this trip and fall action, the plaintiff Czeslawa Nikiel appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a jury trial, in favor of the defendant town of Wethersfield. On appeal, she alleges instructional error. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
The jury reasonably could have found the following facts. During the early evening of April 30, 2003, the plaintiff was walking on the easterly side of Middletown Avenue in Wethersfield.
