The J. P. Williams Compaq, a corporation, filed its petition in the superior court of Crisp county against W. H. Cunningham and his wife, S. E. Cunningham, residents of that county, and W. W. Strom, a resident of Worth county, wherein it was alleged, that the defendants W. H. Cunningham and W.
