Tbe collision between plaintiff’s automobile and tbe truck of tbe defendant Motor Lines, Inc., driven at tbe time by defendant Montgomery, wbicb forms tbe basis of plaintiff’s action, occurred 16 November, 1949, at tbe intersection of State Highway #27 and State Highway #151. Tbe general direction of Highway #27 is east and west, and that of Highway #151 north and south. Both are much traveled highways with paved surface 20 feet wide, Highway #27 carrying more traffic than tbe other.
