NATURE OF CASE

Urwiler Oil & Fertilizer, Inc. (Urwiler Oil), and Cardinal Mart Inc. (collectively referred to as “defendants”) appeal the order of the district court for Cedar County granting Randall E. Langemeier, as seller, specific performance of a real estate purchase agreement and compelling defendants, as buyers, to comply with the terms of such purchase agreement. For the reasons set forth below, we vacate the decision of the district court and dismiss the appeal.
