This is an action in equity brought in the district court for Sheridan County, Nebraska, by Jeffrey A. Johnson and Ronni Johnson, plaintiffs-appellees, hereinafter referred to as Johnsons, against Ruby Mays, individually, defendant-appellant, hereinafter referred to as Mays. The purpose of the action was to enjoin Mays from interfering with Johnsons’ ingress and egress to their land. The trial court found that the driveway in question was a way of necessity.
