The Missouri Division of Employment Security and the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission of Missouri (appellants) appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, reversing an order of appellant Labor and Industrial Relations Commission of Missouri affirming a decision of the Appeals Tribunal of the Missouri Division of Employment Security under the Missouri Employment Security Law.
