This is an appeal from an order and judgment of reversal and remand rendered in an action to review the decision of the Industrial Commission of Missouri, Division of Employment Security, denying unemployment benefits to claimant.
Claimant, Vesta Cross, filed her initial claim under the Missouri Employment Sc- curity Law effective February 28, 1960, and, thereafter, claimed benefits through September 17, 1960. A deputy determined that claimant was ineligible for benefits from July 31st to August 17, 1960, based on a finding that she was not available for work. Claimant appealed…
