This matter comes before the Court on plaintiff’s Motion and Brief for Attorney’s Fees (March 11, 1985) and defendant’s Combined Opposition to Plaintiff’s Motion for Attorney’s Fees and Cross Motion for Attorney’s Fees and Costs (April 1, 1985). Both parties seek the imposition of attorney’s fees and costs against their opponent pursuant to Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and 28 U.S.C. § 1927.
