In this case, the law firm of Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue (Jones, Day) represents plaintiff Gould, Inc. (Gould), in an action by Gould against, among others, defendants Pechiney and Trefimetaux (Pechiney). The issue before the court is defendants’ motion to disqualify plaintiff’s counsel.
