This is an action to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff in a collision between the defendant Eslow’s automobile, in which plaintiff was riding as a guest, and a bus belonging to and operated by the Great Western Motorways, a corporation. In their respective answers the defendants denied the allegations of the complaint, the defendant bus company alleging the defense of contributory negligence.
