— The appellees filed their bill in equity alleging that the defendants, Fisher and wife, desiring to obtain a loan of eleven hundred dollars from complainants, at request of defendants the complainants went with W. A. Fisher to what he alleged to be his dwelling house and improvements, and Fisher pointed out and ran the lines of the property which he alleged belonged to him and which he desired to offer as security for said loan; that the property so'pointed out were lots one to eight and lot thirteen of block one of East Nebraska Heights subdivision of S.
