This cause came on to be heard upon an appeal from the Court of Common Pleas of Clinton County.
The matter before this court involves a sum of money borrowed in 1970 by ap-pellee, Clarence Breuleux, from appellant, Pentagon Federal Credit Union (“Pentagon”). In 1974, Breuleux accepted an offer by Security Collection Agency (“Security”) of Oxen Hill, Maryland, an organization employed by Pentagon to collect the account, to pay the sum of $1,200 in return for a release from any further liability on the note.
