Stuart L. Kreisler, the debtor’s former chief executive officer, has moved to have any general unsecured claim he may have against Ralph Lauren Womenswear, Inc. (the “debtor” or “RLW”) estimated for purposes of voting on the debtor’s plan of reorganization.
