Before the Court are (1) the request for confirmation of the Amended Plan of Reorganization (the “Plan”) proposed by Fras-eella Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Cash Today (the “Debtor”) and (2) the Motion of creditors Lawrence Turner, Linda Davis and Demyri Hill (together with the class they seek to represent, the “Consumers”) for Estimation of their Class Claim (“Estimation Motion”).
